Apple will soon releasing their debut product of new Cinema Displays in Macworld conference in early 2009. This issue came out that new range of Cinema Displays will use LED backlights display and will not adopt in cold cathode fluorescent backlights (CCFLs) anymore. Apple said they want to keep the environment green by getting rid of mercury LED backlights and will give technically and economically feasible feasible. I think Apple thinking is too dramatic. It means Apple are going to use the old design of using the TV backlights like my 30 years old computer. Let see what it will be next January.
